A house in Willow Avenue, Kirkby in Ashfield, has been made the subject of a closure order by magistrates. The application for a closure order was made by PC Smith from Kirkby’s Neighbourhood Policing Team after reports of anti-social behaviour.

A closure order makes it a criminal offence for anybody to enter the property for three months. Anybody found to be in breach of the order can fined or sent to prison.

The property is now boarded up to prevent any further disorder.
